摘要
通过分析汽液在蒸发室中分离机理、液位高度与传热温差损失、液位高度与溶液过饱和度关系,得出了蒸发器液面至顶端的合理高度、加热管上端至液面的最小高度,以及蒸发器液位最大高度的计算式,对蒸发器的设计及实际的蒸发操作都具有一定的指导意义。
By analyzing separation mechanism of steam and liquid in evaporator,the relation between liquid level and heat transfer temperature loss,the relation between liquid level and supersaturation of solution, this paper concludes the reasonable height from liquid level to top ,the minimum height from top of heating tube to liquid level as well as the calculation equation of the maximum height of liquid level in evaporator,which is of certain instruction significance to the design and practical operation of evaporator.
