摘要
以2-丙烯酰胺基2-甲基丙磺酸、丙烯酰胺、烯丙基甲基氯化铵为原料,水为溶剂,用氧化-还原体系引发,合成了一种两性离子三元共聚物AOD-1。室内评价试验表明,该共聚物在淡水、盐水、饱和盐水和复合盐水基浆中均具有较好的降滤失、增粘作用,抗温、抗盐和抗钙污染能力强,而且能有效抑制泥页岩的水化膨胀。在塔河油田盐膏层钻井中的现场应用表明,共聚物AOD-1抗盐膏污染的能力强,能保持钻井液性能稳定,且滤失量小,钻井过程中井眼稳定,起下钻及下套管均很顺利。
Water being solvent, AOD-1 (an zwitterionic ternary polymer) catalyzed by oxidize-deoxidizing system is synthesized from diacrylamide-dimethyl propionic sulfonic acid, acylamide, and allyl methyl ammonium chloride. Lab evaluation tests show that the polymer behaves better reducing fluid loss, increasing viscosity, resisting temperature, high resisting pollution from salt or calcium, and high inhibition ability to hydration of shale when it is added to fresh water, brine, saturation brine, and complex brine mud. Field applications to drilling in gypsum indicate that AOD-1 behaves high resisting contamination caused by gypsum, can keeps mud properties stable, performs low fluid loss, is help to wellbore stability, and obtains successful round trip and running casing.
