摘要
W-Mo混粉、成型、烧结、渗Cu工艺制取的W-Mo固溶渗Cu合金具有优越的综合性能,完全适应固体燃料火箭发动机主要部件小型化的需要。Mo的加入,(1)改变了固溶体骨架的颗粒尺寸,细化了组织、强化了W基体;(2)降低了烧结温度,在不降低其它综合性能的前提下,显著地提高了冲击韧性、降低了合金的比重。研究的以Mo部分取代W渗Cu合金适应于工作时间短的条件,为今后发展轻量级火箭材料提供了一个重要的参考文献。
W-Mo alloy of solution infiltrating copper has superior synthetic properties and is completly suitable for the needs of the main parts of solid fuel rocke engine to be miniaturization. It is prepared by W-Mo powder mixing, compacting, sintering and copper infiltrating process. Through addition of Mol;(1) Changed the grain size of solution matrix, fined the strueture, strengthened the tongsten based; (2) decreased the sintering temperature,increased the impact toughness and lowered the proportion of alloy in the case of no reducing the other synthetical properties. This alloy of replacing tongsten partly by molybdenum is suitable for the circumstances of shot-time work. An important reference information has been provided for developing the light rocket material in future.
