摘要
介绍了钙钛矿结构导电陶瓷的研究与发展,对 LaGaO_3、(LaSr)FeO_(3-δ)等含 La 导电陶瓷和 BaPbO_3等不含 La 导电陶瓷的结构、导电机理和应用进行了详细的论述,分析了掺杂对各系列钙钛矿型导电陶瓷电导率的影响。
Research and development of conductive ceramics with perovskite structure is reviewed.Micro- structure,conducting mechanism and applications of lanthanous conductive ceramics such as LaGaO_3 and (LaSr) FeO_(3-δ),nonlanthanous conductive ceramics such as BaPhO_3,and also effect of dopants on conductivity of the ceramics are discussed in this paper.
