摘要
通过撞击载荷对动物下腹部撞击致伤,测量了动物腹内压力及腹主动脉、肝门静脉、肝动脉等血管内血流压力的变化,观察了肝脏等脏器损伤的病理特点.实验结果表明:腹主动脉和肝门静脉内血流压力的增加最为显著;肝脏因血流压力的剧增所致的损伤以点片状出血性损伤为主.在此基础上,初步分析和讨论了腹部撞击伤时压力在不同介质内的传播对肝脏间接性损伤的作用.
To discuss the pathological characteristics of liver injury induced by impact on the abdomen by the transfer of pressure,we measured the changes of pressure in abdomen cavtiy and the blood fluid pressure in abdominal aorta and hepatoportal vein,and observed the pathological characteristics of liver injury in dogs.The results showed that the transfer of impact energy into the body caused the pressure to increase sharply.The blood fluid pressure in the hepatoportal vein was over two times higher than that in the outhepatoportal vein,therefore,the blood could rush into the liver in the form of blood fluid pressure waves through the hepatoportal vein,thus causing liver injury.(Original article on page 221)
