摘要
对帘线钢中CaO-SiO2-Al2O3类夹杂物CaO与SiO2的比值和Al2O3含量进行了研究,并且通过热力学计算对CaO-SiO2-Al2O3系塑性夹杂物的生成条件进行了讨论.结果表明:生产帘线钢时,为了得到塑性良好的夹杂物,钢液的氧活度应控制在0.005 6~0.011 3,而酸溶铝含量应控制在0.000 10%~0.000 25%范围内.
The control of CaO/SiO2 and Al2O3 composition in CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 inclusion has been systematically studied and the condition of forming CaO-SiO2-Al2O3 inclusion in tire cord steel has been discussed by thermodynamic calculation. The results show that in order to get plastic inclusion in tire cord steel, the oxygen potential in liquid steel must be in the range of 0.005 6 to 0.011 3 and dissolved aluminum must be in the range of 0.000 10% to 0.000 25%.
