摘要
根据RH/TB真空吹氧脱碳机理,结合鞍山钢铁公司第二炼钢厂冶炼超低碳IF钢的生产实践,确定了超低碳IF钢的冶炼工艺以及防止钢液增碳的措施。目前,在大批量生产的IF钢坯中碳含量稳定地低于0·003%,平均为0·0021%。
Based on the RH/TB vacuum decarburization mechanism, and combined with the practice on deep decarburization of IF steel in the second steel work of Anshan Iron and Steel Co, the operational parameters of ultra-low carbon steel melting and the measures preventing carbon pick-up were determined. Now, carbon content of IF steel slab is less than 0.003%, with an average level of 0.002 1%.
