摘要
目的:比较苦参碱与槐定碱的镇痛作用。方法:尾静脉注射受试药物,分别对小鼠进行热板、扭体及压痛实验。结果:在热板实验中,苦参碱大剂量与槐定碱大、中、小剂量均能显著延长小鼠的痛阈,显示出一定的镇痛作用,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05或P<0.01),槐定碱大、中剂量组小鼠痛阈时间长于同剂量的苦参碱(P<0.05);在扭体反应实验中,苦参碱及槐定碱均可显著减少小鼠扭体反应次数,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.001),槐定碱大、中剂量组小鼠扭体反应次数少于同剂量苦参碱(P<0.05或P<0.01);在压痛实验中,苦参碱大剂量与槐定碱大、中、小剂量可延长小鼠对压痛反应的时间(P<0.01或P<0.001),槐定碱各给药组小鼠对压痛反应的时间均长于同剂量的苦参碱(P<0.05或P<0.01),且槐定碱的镇痛作用持续时间长于同剂量的苦参碱(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:在相同剂量下,槐定碱的镇痛作用强于苦参碱。
Objective To compare the analgesic effects of matrine and sophoridine. Methods Mice in the experimental groups were administrated in caudal vein to be used for hot-plate, writhing and tenderness tests. Results In hot-plate test, matrine(25 mg·kg^-1) and sophoridine(25 mg·kg^-1,15 mg·kg^-1) could prolong the pain threshold value of mice, and statistically significant differences were observed compared with control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Pain threshold values of mice in sophoridine groups were longer than those in matrine groups with the same dosage (P<0.05). In writhing test, matrine and sophoridine could inhibit acetic acid-induced writhing in mice (P<0.01 or P<0.001). Writhing times of mice in sophoridine groups were less than those in matrine groups with the same dosage (P<0.05 or P<0.01). In tenderness test, matrine (25 mg·kg^-1) and sophoridine (25,15 and 10 mg·kg^-1) prolonged reaction time to tenderness (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The persistant time of analgesic effect of matrine was weaker than that of sophoridine (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The analgesic effect of sophoridine is stronger than that of matrine in the same dosage.
