摘要
采用硫酸-苯酚法测定不同栽培品种山茱萸药材中多糖的含量.7个栽培品种33份样品测定结果显示,我国山茱萸产区的5个主流品种:椭圆形果型、圆柱形果型、长圆柱形果型、长梨形果型、短圆柱形果型中多糖的含量差异较小,山茱萸多糖可以作为山茱萸药材的质量控制指标,为山茱萸药材的质量评价提供依据.
The contents of total polysaccharide in Fructus Corni from different cultivated varieties of Cornus officinalis Sieb.et.Zucc.were determinated,the phenol-sulfuric acid method was used.It is revealed by the contents of total polysaccharide in33simples of7cultivated varieties of Cornus officinalis,that there is little diffrence among ellipticform,cylindericform,long cylindericform,long pear-shap and short cylindericform,which are main cultivated varieties in cultivated area of Cornus officinalis Sieb.et.Zucc..Total Polysaccharide can be one of quality index of Fructus Corni.
