摘要
镍钛形状记忆台金螺丝钉的研究和临床应用已经5年,共治疗新鲜股骨颈骨折163例,随访2、5年的132例中,骨不连4例(占3%),股骨头缺血性坏死者4例(占3%)。该钉在32℃情况下可张开40°角,对周围骨组织产生5~7kg压力,两枚记忆钉在骨内张开方向相互垂直而形成立体固定,所以具有,折应力、抗旋转扭力和加压作用,能有效地控制骨折端的移位和旋转,促进了骨折愈合及血供系统的重建。患者可以早期离床,减少了长期卧床的合并症。作者认为股骨颈骨折的治疗结果除与内固定物有关外尚与骨折类型、复位质量及手术时机的选择有关。
AbstractExperimental study and clinical use of shapememory alloy(nickel &titanium)screw for the treat-ment of fresh fracture of the femoral neck had lastedfor 5 vears and a total of 163 cases were treated;a-mong them, 132cases were followed up for 2~5vears. Non-union and avascular necrosiS of thefemoral head respectively occurred in 4 cases( 3%&3%).Under 32℃,the distal end of the screw canopen anangJe of 40 degrees and exert a pressure of 5~7kg to the surrounding bony tissue. The two screws,inserted in a direction perpendicularly to each other af-ter opening of their angles of the distal ends within thefractured femoral neck, created a 3-dimensional fixa-tion and compression, provided resistance to stressand rotational force and enhanced revascularization andhealing of the fracture.
