摘要
本文通过与相差显微镜连接的显微缩时录像观察,发现来自成年家兔皮肤的成纤维细胞在体外培养过程中能产生透亮晶状分泌物和黑色小颗粒,分泌物堆积并形成云雾状黑色小结。经HE染色及四环素荧光标记证实,这些由成纤维细胞所产生的小结为新生骨组织。由此说明:家兔皮肤成纤维细胞在体外培养条件下具有成骨作用。
AbstractUsing time-lapse microvideo-recorder attached tophase contrast microscope,the authors found that fi-6roblasts,collected from the skin of adult rabbit andculfured in vitro,could produce transparent cryStalsand black particles. These secreted materials heapedup and formed the foggy or black nodules which couldbe labelled with tetracvcline,and were thus confirmedas a new bone tissue,The results suggest that fibrob-lasts from rabbit skin can form bone tissue when cul-tured in vitro.
