摘要
文章针对分析高校图书馆“参考馆员”的工作现状,提出了“参考馆员”向“学科馆员”转变是时代发展和提升馆员素质的需要。并对在网络环境下快捷、高效地为教学科研服务,“学科馆员”应采取的新举措和需要具备的素质进行了初步探讨。
In this article, the author advances that the transformation form 'Consultant Librarians' to 'Subjective Librarians' is the development of times and the need to promote the qualification of the librarians in accordance with the working situations of 'Consultant Librarians' in the library of Institutions of Higher Learning, and briefly inguires into the measures taken by 'subjective librarians' and the qualifications possessed by them in order to offer service for the Institution scientific research quickly and high efficiently in network surroundings.
