摘要 针对浪涌保护器(SPD)带电试验的冲击电流试验的特点,研制了一种体积小、耐冲击电流能力强的耦合与去耦网络(CDN),它和冲击电流发生器、PLC、可控开关、相位跟踪电路及数字峰值电压表一起组成SPD冲击电流自动测试系统。通过所研制的CDN供电电源,该系统可对SPD进行共模和差模试验,其冲击幅值可高达100kA。 A special CDN (couple and decouple network) is studied according to the feature of pulse current test for SPD (surge protective device) live test. The CDN has the characteristics of small volume and strong pulse current endurance. On the basis of this, an auto pulse current measuring system for SPD is developed, the system comprises of impulse current generator, PLC, CDN, power tracking circuit and intelligent digital peak measuring instrument. It can carry out common and different mode tests for SPD, the maximum impulse current amplitude is up to 100 kA.
