医院图书馆现代化发展最关键、最重要的因素是人力资源。优化人力资源模式是建设高素质人才队伍的有效途径,这对于医院图书馆事业的全面发展具有关键性作用。通过对结构优化的基本目标和主要措施的讨论,探讨了优化医院图书馆人力资源管理模式的途径。
Manpower resource is the most critical and important factor in the modernization development of hospital libraries. Optimizing manpower resource model is an effective way of building a contingent of high - calibre talents and plays a key role in the overall development of hospital librarianship. The management model of manpower resource in the hospital libraries is approached based on a discussion of the basic goals and main measures of optimization of the management model.
