摘要
碳酸盐岩酸化过程中酸液滤失较严重,这将直接影响施工效果。一方面在碳酸盐岩基质酸化时,由于酸蚀孔洞的形成将增加基质的孔隙度,同时地层流体可经酸蚀孔洞流入井筒,降低近井带的渗流阻力;但是,在酸压过程中,酸蚀孔洞的形成将导致酸液大量的滤失,严重降低酸液有效穿透距离,影响酸压增产效果,使得现场施工很难达到设计施工效果。从酸蚀孔洞的成因、酸液滤失机理、酸液滤失的控制等多方面进行了论述,讨论了控制酸液滤失的方法和有效的工艺措施,并对碳酸盐岩油藏酸化施工提出了切实可行的施工建议。
The acid leak - off is drastic in the process of carbonate acidizing, which have an important impact on the effects of treatment. The acid wormhole increases the porosity and communicates the natural fractures. However, during the acidizing fracturing treatment, the wormholes can cause acutely loss of acid fluid, and decrease the effective penetrating distance severely, all which result in the difficulty to success of treatment. This paper discusses such aspects: the acid wormhole's forming, the acid loss mechanisms, the controlling the acid loss, the method of controlling the acid loss and the latest advanced technology and so on. Meanwhile, the paper puts forward some practical suggestion for acidizing operation in carbonate formation.
