摘要
目的探讨硬膜外麻醉下子痫剖宫产手术期护理的作用。方法对2001年1月～2004年7月间收治的36例硬膜外麻醉下子痫剖宫产并加强手术期护理的病历进行回顾分析。结果术中病人血压稳定无术中及术后子痫发生,新生儿全部成活。结论对子痫患者硬膜外麻醉下行剖宫产术,做好术前、术中、术后护理是母婴安全的保障。
Objecbive To investigate the nursing function during operations which were cesarean section on eclampia with epidural anesthesia. Methods Restrospecting analyse 36 eclampsia pregrancy who were cesarean section with epidural anesthesia from 2001 to 2004.Results Blood pressures were steady no eclampsia took place, no neonates was dead.Conclusions When eclampsia pregnancies were given cesarean section with epidural anesthesia. The nursing before during and after operation can guarantee the safty of mother and neonate.
