摘要
论述了高强度工程机械用钢JGH60热轧板试制的过程。该钢采用Nb-V-Ti微合金化加控轧控冷的生产工艺。通过调整脱氧合金化及吹氩精炼工艺提高了钢质的纯净度;采用钙处理改变了硫化物的形态;采用合适连铸工艺,减轻了成分偏析,提高了钢的韧性。
Trial production of JGH60 high strength steel for engineering mechanism purpose is described in the present paper. The cleanliness of the steel has been improved by adoption of such a few processes as Nb-V-Ti micro alloying, controlled rolling and accelerated cooling as well as adjustment of micro alloy elements and argon bubbling, and the morphology of sulphide changed by Ca treatment; and segregation of elements in steel reduced and the toughness of the steel raised by implementation of appropriate continuous casting process.
