摘要
本研究应用丹麦产DISA-2000M神经肌电图仪记录了18例无牙颌患者嚼肌咀嚼周期肌电图并测定其咀嚼效能。结果表明,戴全口义齿者的咀嚼周期总时程明显长于健康人且各时相亦相对延长。作者观察到,尤其是在下颌运动中,前者为保持义齿稳定,运动速度相对较慢;各施力阶段嚼肌电位波幅较低,但不影响咀嚼功能;咬合接触后的非正常停顿明显影响咀嚼功能。在全口义齿修复过程中应注意提高义齿固位力,改善、增加各位及咬合过程中牙列接触面积及咬合平衡,以利提高咀嚼效能。
AbstractThe aim of this investigation was to study theEMG of masseter of edentulous patients in chewing cy-cle. 18 subjects were examined by Disa-2000M Neuro-electromyograph. It was found that the period of chew-ing cycle of the patients with complete denture was dis-tinctly longer than that of normal people, and thechange of the duration prolongs the time phases. Thevelocity was relatively slow when trying to keep the sta-bility of dentures. The amplitude of potential in masseter was lower in chewing cycle, but it did not affectthe function of mastication. The abnormal pause efterocclusal contact of denture had an influence on the func-tion of mastication.
