摘要
目的:比较弹力内锁髓内钉与交锁钉固定股骨中下段骨折的生物力学性能。方法:用8根新鲜成人股骨标本,制成股骨中下2/5骨折模型,分别用弹力内锁髓内钉、国产交锁髓内钉、梅花钉和钢板内固定,对内固定后的标本进抗扭转测试,用spss统计软件对实验数据进行分析。结果:弹力内锁钉在5Nm扭矩下抗旋转刚度接近交锁髓内钉。结论:弹力内锁钉在冶疗股骨中下段骨折中固定可靠,符合生物力学要求。该器械结构合理,简单实用,有一定的临床价值。
Objective: To compare the biomechanical properties of elastic interlocking intramedullary nails and interlocking intramedullary nails for the fixation of distal femoral fracture. Methods: 8 fresh femurs were obtained from adult cadavers to produce fracture models of the femur shaft at the lower 2/5 part. Elastic interlocking intramedullary nails, the interlocking nails, Meihua nails and steel plates were adopted and the anti-torsion was tested. The biomechanical parameters of the fixations were measured and the results processed with SPSS software. Results: Elastic interlocking intramedullar nails and interlocking nails possessed the similar rigidity against rotation under 5Nm torque. Conclusions: Elastic interlocking intramedullar nail possess good biomechanic property and can produce firm fixation for femoral fracture, thus being of value in the fracture clinic practice. The instrument structure was reasonable, simple and practical.
