摘要
利用化学分析、力学性能分析及金相分析等手段,对初轧机接轴半联轴节失效原因进行了分析。结果表明,由于联轴节硅含量太低、力学性能不好、机加工不当,导致联轴节早期疲劳断裂。
The failure of the spindle half-coupling on the bloomer has been analysed by many methods, such as chemical analysis, mechanical property analysis and metallographic analysis. The results indicate that the fatigue fracture in early stage on the coupler was caused by lower silicon content,worse mechanical property and improper mechanical processing.
