摘要
为了制订间苯二酚卫生标准对其毒性进行了一系列的研究。间苯二酚大鼠经口LD5o745.3mg/kg,小鼠经口LD50286.9my/kg;亚慢性阈浓度为(37.12±2.36)mg/m3;蓄积系数K大于5.82,属弱蓄积级(K1记分2);动物间敏感性差异小于或等于3(K2记分2);无肯定致癌、致畸和致突变作用。最高容许浓度的安全系数可定为4.最高容许浓度值10/mg3。比美国ACGIH和英国HSE标准有更好的保护水平;
Resorcinol is used commonly in industries. In order to collect necessary data for establishing
its maximum allowable concen-tratio,a series of studies were carried out. The results showed
that the LD50 of resorcinol in rats and mice were 745.3mg/kg and286.9mg/kg respectively,the
subchronic inhalation threshold concentration was 37.12±2.36 mg/m3 .The accunlulated
coeffi-cient K appeared to be more than 5. 28. being rated as weak accumulation(K=2). The
degree of different sesnsitivity among vari-ous animals was equal to or less than 3. Neither
evidence of mutagenicity nor that of teratogenicity has been confirmed. Therefore,safety
coefficient was suggested to be 4. The maximum allowable concentration for resorcinol was
established as l0 mg/m3. Sucha hygienic standard seems to have a better protective level than
the TLV suggested by ACGIH in U.S.A.
