摘要
通过溶剂提取、真空升华及柱层析等方法从煤焦沥青中分离出一种不溶于或难溶于甲醇、易溶于环己烷、真空升华温度在250~300℃之间、在硅胶柱中能被正己烷淋出的组分,具有比同剂量BaP高得多的致癌性。估计是一种脂肪烃类化合物。这类化合物应对煤焦沥青的致癌性负主要责任。
fraction(C2), more carcinogenic than BaP at the same dose level.is isolated from coal tar
pitch(CTP) by solvent extrac tion, vacuum sublimation and column chromatography
successively. It is insoluble or hardly soluble in methyl alcohol, soluble in cyclohexane,
sublimated at 250~300℃in vacuum and can be eluted from silica gel column by bexane. The
authors suggest that it may be a sort of aliphatic hydrocarbons and play an important role
carcinogenesisi of CTP.
