影响铅接触工人神经行为功能的因素 被引量:5

FACTORS AFFECTING NEUROBEHAVIORAL FUNCTIONS IN LEAD-EXPOSED WORKERS

摘要 在使用WHO神经行为核心测试组合对83名铅接触工人和33名对照组工人进行了神经行为功能的测试及血铅含量测定的基础上,采用协方差分析和多元逐步回归方法,分析了血铅值、专业工龄、年龄、性别、受教育年限等因素对工人神经行为功能的影响。结果显示,血铅水平影响运动协调、心理运动和反应速度等功能,年龄对神经行为测试中涉及手的操作运动速度及精确性的指标影响较大,教育水平对反映识别、记忆、理解等的一些指标有一定影响,而性别仅对反应速度的指标有一定的影响。 Neurobehavioral functions were studied by WHO Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery(NCTB)in 83 workers exposed to lead and 33 non-exposed workers,Blood lead levels were also measured.Analysis of covariance and multiple factor step regression anal-ysis were made.The results showed that blood lead level was a main factor affecting neurobehavioral functions.With the increase of blood lead level of workers,the scores of the indices reflecting motor coordination(SAN,SANP,SANN),motor steadiness and speed of hand(PA)and psychological motion(SRT)tended to decreasAge of the workers seemed to affect those functions related o motor steadiness and speed Of hand.The years of education of workers affected functions reflecting distinguishing and memory,while sex only had mild influence on reaction time.
