摘要 用85%500Hz短声与15%1000Hz短声组成的奇异方案,在家兔头颅记录到一系列听觉诱发电位N34、P55、N96、P160、N200、P240、N300和P380单音调刺激一般记录不到N300和P380同时P240延长为P270在海马记录的P300和P380,与头颅记录的N300、P380潜伏期相同而极性相反.认为P240相当于人的P3a,P380相当于人的P3bP380不能脱离P340而单独存在,而P240可以脱离P380而存在。海马可能是P380的起源,而P240另有起源。 The auditory Oddball Paradigm consists of 85% of 500Hz clicks and 15% of 1000Hz clicks, which may detect a series of auditory induced potentials such as N34, P55, N96, P160, N200, P240, N300, and P380 on rabbits'skull. Generally, the single tone stimulation cann't record the N300 and P30. But P300and N380 recorded on hippocampus area were as same as the latency of N300and P380 detected on the skull, but their polarity was opposite. The authors believe that the P240 and P380were similar to human P3a and P3b respectively. The P380was originating from the hippocampus area and the origin of P240 was at another spot.
