摘要
为验证维生素C治疗氟骨症的确切疗效,我们在陕西省宝鸡病区,对316例氟骨症进行治疗后发现:(1)治疗组的临床,总有效率仅12.84%,与对照组比较,差异无显著性,P>0.05;(2)治疗组肌电图的恢复率为20.00%,与对照组比较,差异无显著性,P>0.01;(3)生化及X线的检查结果也没有发现疗效显著的证据;说明维生素C治疗氟骨症的临床疗效并不显著。因此,对维生素C治疗本症的价值提出了质疑。
hree handred and sixteen patients diagnosed as skeletal fluorosis roentgenologically and having noother dlseases were divided randomly into 2 groups,matchable in sex distribution,age,functional stateand X-ray findings. In the treated group every patient took 200mg vitamin C twice a day,while in thecontrol group placebo tablets.The duration of treatment was 3 months. The therapeutic effect was evalu-ated by measuring the joint angle and power of gripping and studying the X-ray film and electromyogram.38 kinds of biochemical parameters were measured simultaneously with a MCA-3 autobiochemical analyser. The results were as follows:(1)The total effective rate in the treated group was 12.84%,X ̄2=0.556,P>0. 05,so there is no obvious effect in treating skeletal fluorosis with vitamin C,(2) The elec-tromyogram in the treated group showed a recovering rate of 20. 00%,X ̄2=5.9,P>0. 01. It is furthershown that there is no effect in treating skeletal fluorsois with vitamin C.(3) 38 kinds of biochemical pa-rameters measured simultaneously and the X-ray findings also showed that vitamin C is not effective. Thusthe validity of using vitamin C as the drug of first choice to treat skeletal fluorosis is to be queried.
