摘要
采用^(31)P磁共振波谱对大鼠骨骼肌细胞内pH值进行测量,并就其在缺血条件下的变化进行探讨。结果表明,随骨骼肌组织缺血时间的延长,细胞内pH值也逐渐降低。从而提示31P磁共振波谱能够准确、快速地对骨骼肌细胞内pH值进行动态检测,因而具有广泛的临床应用前景。
Intracellular pH in rat skeletal muscle was analysed with 31P magnetic resonance spectroscopy,and the effects of ischemia upon intracellular pH were studied.The results that a fall in intracellular pH occurred in the skeletal muscle subjected to ischemia indicate that 31P magnetic resonance spectroscopy provides an accurate and rapid technique for dynamic measurement of intracellular pH in skeletal muscle and offers a broad prospect for clinical application.
