星形细胞瘤DNA含量与临床病理形态学特征的研究 被引量:3

Studies on FCM DNA Contents and Clinicopathological Features in Astrocytoma of Brain

摘要 以流式细胞光度术(FlowCytometry,FCM)和常规病理学相结合的方法研究了60例星形细胞癌瘤细胞DI、PI与临床病理学特征及病人预后的关系。结果发现,病理学工作者在星形胶质细胞瘤诊断时所依据的各种参数中,肿瘤体积(平均直径)、每高倍视野瘤巨细胞数和每30个高倍视野中核分裂数与星形细胞瘤DI及PI密切相关,肿瘤平均直径越大、瘤巨细胞数和核分裂数越多,则DI和PI值越高。而坏死程度不同、血管增生程度不同及有无钙化的各组间DI、PI值无明显差异。星形细胞瘤DI、PI值与病理分级平行,Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ~Ⅳ级组的DI值和PI值分别为:1.17、1.21、1.31和36.0%、39.9%、46.6%。随DNA含量增加,术后生存时间缩短。 The relationship between unclear DNA contents(DNA Index,DI),proliferation index(PI)and clinicopathological features as well as the prognoses of the patients were studied in 60 cases of astrocytomas of brain with flow cytometry(FCM)and pathological methods.The results showed that among the parameters clinically used by the pathologists in the diagnoses of astrocytomas,tumor size(mean diameter of tumor),giant tumor cell number/high power field(HPF)and mitoses/30HPF were closely related to the DI and PI of the astrocytom.The bigger the mean diameter or the more the giant tumor cells and mitoses,the higher the DI and PI.There were no differences in DI and PI among groups with different degrees of necrosis sis on the former three parameters in the diagnoses of astrocytomas.In accordance with other workers.DI and PI of astrocytomas parallelled the pathological grading.DI and PI for grade Ⅰ、Ⅱ toⅢ~Ⅳ were 1.17,1.21,1.31 and 36.0%,39.9%,4.6%respectively,As the nuclear DNA contents increase,postoperative survival time of the patients decrease.
