摘要
报告双侧听神经瘤（ＮＦ２）３３例，其中２４例行单侧肿瘤切除，４例分期双侧肿瘤切除及５例行一期手术双侧肿瘤切除。结果表明：以单侧或分期双侧手术肿瘤全切除率高（８６％），术后并发症少，双侧一期手术肿瘤全切除率为６０％，并易出现双侧面、听神经功能障碍及后组颅神经麻痹，术后危险性大。
Abstract The management of bilateral acoustic neurinoma is rather difficult. 33 patients were operated in our Department from 1982 to 1992. Among 33 cases, complete removal of of unilateral tumor in 24 cases, two-stage removal of bilateral tumors in 5 cases , one-stage removal of bilateral tumors in 4 cases. Our experience suggested that surgical resection of unilateral tumor and two-stage resection of bilateral tumors may obtained highly total removal, and less postoperative complications,However one-stage resection of bilateral tumors may subjuct to produce bilateral facial palsy, bilateral deafness and to damage posterior group of the cranial nerves and to increase postoperative risk.
