摘要
采用基因工程方法,用在大肠杆菌中表达的丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)-Core和NS3优势表位抗原,建立了检测HCV-IgG抗体的间接胶体金联免疫吸附试验。其特异性、敏感性均达到国内外ELISA试剂盒水平,其特点是操作简便,观察结果直观可靠,适于医院、血站和家庭自检。
Purified core and NS3 antigens of hepatitis C virus(HCV) expressed in E. colt bacteria were cojugated with colloidal gold partides for detection of antibodies to HCV with the gold conjugated immunosorbent assay(GCISA). The specificity and sensitivity of this method were comparable to conventional ELISA. This method is spcific, sensitive, convenient and reliable as developed for detection of antibodies to various viral diseases. and may be useful in hospitals, blood transfusion facilities and even in families for self-diagnosis.
