摘要
自１９９１年起，我们设计了拇指桡侧指动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复拇指指腹缺损，临床应用１１例１１指，均获成功。皮瓣的最大面积为４．０ｃｍ×３．５ｃｍ，最小面积为２．５ｃｍ×２．０ｃｍ。经术后３个月～３．５年的随访结果证实本皮瓣修复的拇指指腹外形美观满意，耐磨，功能理想。
Abstract A radial digital artery retroversal island flap was designed to treat the pulp defects of the thumbs in 11 patients. The size of the flaps ranged from 2.5cm×2.0cm to 4.0cm×3.5cm.All the flaps survived. The patients were followed up for 3 months to 3.5 years. The appearances and functions of the thumbs were satisfactory.
