摘要
作者观察了“三七、虎杖、金银花和人参”四种中药对烧伤受损淋巴细胞功能的调理作用。结果显示，三七、虎杖和金银花能使淋巴细胞伤后低下的接受抗原信息功能提高到正常水平；三七和金银花可使受损淋巴细胞母细胞化反应恢复到正常，虎杖能提高至正常的９０％以上；三七还能使ＩＬ－２产生能力恢复至９０％以上，虎杖和金银花也能显著增强ＩＬ－２的产生。三种中药能使受损淋巴细胞抗体产生能力显著增加，但人参在烧伤早期对受损淋巴细胞功能无明显作用。
AbstractFour Chinese herbs were chosen fof this study.They were Panax pseudoginseng wall (PPW),Lonicon-ica japonica thunb ( LJT),Polygonum cuspidatuIn(PC)and Jilin ginseng(JG).They were given fromthe 2nd to the 7th postburn day (PBD).The resultsshowed that the response to antigen signal,the prolif-erative capacity,the interleukin II production function,and the antibody production ability by lymphocytes incontrol burned mice were more noticeably reduced thanthat in the normal mice. The PPw,LJT, PC mightrestore all the impaired functions in different degrees.The JG showed no effect at all.
