摘要
为了探讨幽门螺杆菌L(HP—L)型随着形态学的变异其生物学性状是否发生了改变,作者对HP细菌型和L型作了SDS-PAGE、免疫印迹以及DNA酶切图谱分析。SDS—PAGE结果显示HP—L型分子量为6.9×10~4,6.1×10~4的菌体蛋白含量减少,而分子量为1.25×10~4,5.8×10~4,1.3×10~4菌体蛋白含量增加。免疫印迹显示分子量为1.8×10~4,3×10~4,3.4×10~4蛋白条带基本一致,但L型缺失一些弱反应的条带。用限制性核酸内切酶HindⅢ消化染色体DNA,进行琼脂糖凝胶电泳后显示HP—L型和细菌型的酶切图谱基本相同,无肉眼可测出的差别。
In comparing the biological properties of Helicobacter pylori and its L-form,SDS-PAGE, Western blot and electrophoresis of DMA restriction fragments were performed. In SIJS-PAGE the major patterns of the distribution of protein bands remained and unchanged. But there were only some decrease in density of the bands in 69kD, 6IkD,and increased in 123kD,58kD and 13kD. In the Western blot using anti-HP bacterial serum, some thin protein bands were shown to be missing in L-forms .except 18kD,30kD and 34kD,which were common in both two forms. In electrophoresis of restriction fragments, the gel patterns showed that there were marked similarity between the bands of HP and their L-forms,with no detectable difference in genetic materials.
