摘要
应用显微外科技术，采用神经外膜束组膜缝合修复周围神经横断伤，手术后随访到６２条神经，功能恢复达到优级３１条神经，良级１６条神经，优良率为７５．８％。应该强调修复时保存神经断端血运、束组对合及无张力缝合，并提倡急诊对周围神经行一期显微修复。
AbstractSixty-two peripheral nerves of transverse injurywere treated with microsurgical technique of united su-ture of epineurium and perineurium. The result offunctional follow-up showed that 31 nerves were excel-lent,16 nerves were good and the superior rate was75.8%. It was important to preserve the blood supplyof the nerve ends and suture under tension-free whenoperation, The authors suggested that the primary re-pair with microsurgical technique should be performedto all of peripheral nerves transverse injury.
