摘要
应用MBV-Ⅲ型显微分光光度计测定了10例正常人及30例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣置换术者左心室细胞总ATP酶、线粒体ATP酶、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、细胞色素氧化酶(CCO)的平均吸光率。结果表明,在心力衰竭时细胞内总ATP酶、线粒体ATP酶、SDH、CCO活性较正常时明显降低,且随心功能损伤加重而降低更明显。总ATP酶、线粒体ATP酶、SDH、CCO均与射血分数(EF)呈正相关。提示在心力衰竭时心肌细胞能量产生及利用均出现障碍。
Abstract Average light absorptions of total ATPase, mitochondrial ATPase, succinic dehydrogenase (SDH) and cytochrome oxidase (COO) of the left ventricular myocardium of 10 normal controls and 30 patients with rheumatic heart disease receiving mitral valve replacement operation were measured by microspectrophotometry.The results showed that all of the above parameters of the patients were lower than those of the controls and positively related to the severity of heart failure. It indicates the presence of disturbance in producing and utilizing myocardial energy in heart failure and this is probably the main cause of heart dysfunction.
