摘要
用大鼠眼后段穿通伤制备的外伤增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变(PVR)模型,应用免疫组织化学PAP的方法,对外伤性PVR形成过程中大鼠眼组织中纤维连接蛋白(Fn)的分布进行动态观察,主要观察结果:眼球穿通伤后8小时,Fn在眼球壁伤口及玻璃体中大量聚集,伤后3天和7天,成纤维细胞在伤口Fn分布部位增生并向眼内生长,伤后14~28天,Fn与眼内增生纤维组织有密切关系,Fn大量分布于成纤维细胞和新合成胶原纤维中。巨噬细胞是外伤性PVR的主要炎性细胞,巨噬细胞表面含有丰富的Fn。结果表明,Fn是外伤性PVR的主要间质成分,在PVR的发生发展中可能起重要作用。
A rat model of proliferative vitreoretinopathy ( PVR )was induced by a penetrating in-jury at the posterior segment of an eyeball.Immunohistochemical metheds(PAP)was used for observa-tion of the distribution of fibronectin(Fn)in the model.The chief results of this study were as follows:8 hours after the penetrating injury,a large amount of Fn was accumulated at the wound and the vitre-ous cavity,on the third and 7th day after trauma,fibroblasts proliferated at the wound where Fn was lorated and grew into the vitreous cavity, n 14- 28 days after the injury, being closely related to the pro-liferative fibrous tissue,Fn was distributed among the fibroblasts and the newly synthesized collagen fibers. Macrophages are the main inflammatory cells of traumatic PVR and there was rich in Fn at the surfaces of the macrophages.The results indicate that Fn is the major component in the matrix of trau-matic PVR and it possibly plays an important role in the development of PVR.
