摘要
为帮助既不适合作鼓室成形术、又不适合植入人工耳蜗的传音性聋、轻度感音性聋和有轻度感音性聋成分的混合性聋患者改善听力,研制了以压电陶瓷晶片作听骨振动器的部分中耳植入式助听装置,并将这种装置手术植入12只猫的中耳内,其中7只为切除砧骨的传音性听力损失猫,5只为卡那霉素和利尿酸钠协同快速致轻度感音性听力损失、再切除砧骨的混合性听力损失猫。将此助听装置与橙骨头接触,分别测试致聋前后及植人装置后猫的听性脑干反应(ABR),观察装置的性能。发现植入装置后两组动物ABR反应阈平均降低37dB和39dB;在0.5~8kHz频率范围内增益曲线平坦;经听骨振动器诱发的ABR波形与致聋前声诱发的ABR波形相似。证明此装置可高效如实地将声信号传入内耳。

partially middle ear implantable hearing devicewas designed and tested in 7 cats with
conductive hear-ing loss and 5 cats with mixed hearing loss. It was com-posed of sound
processor , connector and ossicular vibra-tor. The ossicular vibrator was made from
piezoelectricceramic bimorph which was constructed in the form offlat chip 6mm in length, 1mm
in width and 0. 5mm inthickness. The incus of cat was removed and the lip at-tachment of the
vibrator was attached to the head of thestapes. The base of the vibrator was fixed to the
bonewall of bulla with medical glue. The average values ofthe response threshold of ABR
evoked by click via thisvibrator got reduction of 37dB and 39dB respectively inconductive
hearing loss group and mixed hearing lossgroup. The gain curve of hearing was flat in the
rangefrom 0. 5 to skHz frequencies. The ABRs evoked byclick via ossicular vibrator was similar
to that recordedpreoperatively in the wave shape. This result indicatesthat this device is a
highly efficient sound conducting di-vice to Inner ear.
