摘要
在乳房深部血供的解剖学研究基础上,设计了以乳腺基底部的腺体组织为蒂携带乳头、乳晕移位的乳房缩小整形术。通过10例20只乳房的临床应用,取得了满意效果。
A new technique for reduction mammaplasty with a glandular pedicle was designed based on the anatomical study of the vascular supply to the breast.The features of the procedure include using a pyramidal glandular pedicle that is reliably vas- cularized and definitely placed,maintaining a thin layer of parenchyme attached to the flap and themodified invert“T”closure.Clinical applications provided aesthetic and safe results of reliable nipple-areola survival,simplicity in breast mound creature and preser- vation of nipple sensitivity and the possibility of nursing function as well as less compli- cations.
