摘要
研究了在聚氯乙烯(PVC)中,Sb_2O_3-ZnSn(OH)_6,Sb_2O_3-ZnNH_4PO_4,ZnSn(OH)_6-ZnNH_4PO_4二元体系的协同阻燃性能,以及Sb_2O_3-ZnSn(OH)_6-ZnNH_4PO_4三元系的阻燃性能,采用混料回归实验设计,导出了三元系氧指数与阻燃剂含量关系的数学模型,经计算机计算并绘制出了氧指数等值图,该体系中Sb_2O_3-ZnSn(OH)_6,Sb_2O_3-ZnNH_4PO_4复配具有正的协同作用,而ZnSn(OH)_6-ZnNH_4PO_4复配则表现为负的协同作用。
The synergistic flame retardant properties of Sb2O3-ZnSn(OH)-6-ZnNH4PO4 andZnNH4PO4-ZnSn(OH)-6 binary systems and the flame retardant property of Sb-2O3-ZnSn(OH)-6-ZnNH4PO4 system in polyvinyl chloride(PVC)were studied in the paper,The mix-ture regression test was used to study the tri-ingredient system,and deduced a mathematicalmodel of the Limit Oxygen index(Io2)vs. content of flame retardant.An Oxygen Index e-qual value figure was calculated and made by computer. In the system,Sb2O3 and ZnSn(OH)6 have a great effect on flame retardant property of PVC,but ZnNH4PO4 has a slight ef-fect. The Sb2O3-ZnSn(OH)6 and Sb2O3-ZnNH4PO4 system exhibits positive synergism,butZnSn(OH)6.ZnNH4PO4 system shows negative synergism.
