发芽生理法测定谷子种子活力的研究 被引量:4

摘要 该文以不同人工老化天数的种子为材料,采用普通发芽法、垂直玻板法、高温法、盐浸法、低温法等发芽生理法对谷子种子活力的测定方法进行了研究。结果表明:几种方法均能明显反映谷子种子活力的变化,而以普通法配以垂直玻板法所测活力指数最能准确反映活力变化情况,因而分析了其作为谷子种子活力测定标准法的可行性。并指出高温法、盐浸法。 Using defferent millet seeds to have been artificial ageing treated as material, testing seed viability of foxtailmillet by germinating physiological mothed was studied which included ordinary germinating mothed, Vertical plateglass mothed, high temperaure mothed, saline water soak mothed and low temperature mothed, etc. The resultsShowed that although all the motheds included could manifest obvious variancc of millet seed viability. ordinary germinating mothed with vertical plate glass mothed was the best way. So, the possibility of using this mothed as standard one to test millet seed viability was discussed. The results also showed that other several motheds could beused as supplemental motheds to. the standard mothed in some particular conditions.
