摘要
本文报告ＣＨＯＰ方案治疗３０例中、高度非何杰金淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）的临床观察。全组病例均经病理学证实。按成都ＮＨＬ工作分类。化疗均达两周以上，４３．３％用药六周以上。治疗结果：全组完全缓解（ＣＲ）率６３．３％，总缓解率８０％。２７例初治病例的ＣＲ率７０．３％。复治３例，部分缓解（ＰＲ）率６６．７％。本组１、３年生存率分别为６６．７％、４０％。主要毒副反应为消化道反应，白细胞降低、脱发，少部分病例有心电图改变及肝功能损害。无致死性毒副反应发生。
The result of 30 cases of intermediate or high grade NHL treated by CHOP regimen was reported. All cases were proved histologically. Result showed that for the whole group total response rate was 80%, and CR rate was 63. 3%. For 27 previously untreated cases CR rate was 70. 3%,for 3 previously treated cases PR rate was 66. 7 %. The survival rates at one, three years were 66.7% and 40%, respectively. The main adverse reactions include leukopenia and alopecia. Some patients showed EKG changes and hepatoto1xicity.
