摘要
介绍了用吹脱一混凝沉淀法处理高含硫气田水的室内试验及现场试验情况,着重介绍了吹脱工艺参数的选择。采用该工艺处理高含硫气田水具有工艺简单、处理效率高的特点。解决了高含硫气田水的污染问题。
The removal of sulfide from natural gas field water by stripping-Coagulant Sedimentation process is studied in tbis paper. The factors influencing the removal of sulfide in strlpping process are studied experimentally, including the pH value,the flow rate of waste water,air and the concentration of sulfide in treating water. Treating the water with stripping at pH3-4 can decrease the amount of sulfide significantly. Further treating the stripped water with SW-I, FeCl3 and PAC gives clear water with S2-<1. 0mg/1.The process has been applied in eight gas wells in Sichuan province,and shown satisfactoring results.
