摘要
本课题研究了白酒总醛含量测定中,亚硫酸氢钠加入量、pH值对测定结果的影响。对原方法有关内容作了改进,提高了分析结果的准确度,适用于各类酒厂白酒总醛含量的测定。
In this paper,the effect of the amount of sodium bisulfite and pH ranges on the measuredresults in the measurement of the total amount of aldehydes in wine has been investigated. Thismethod has medified the traditional methods,greatly raised analytial accuracy and can be applied toall kinds of wineries.
