铸件浇注系统设计的传热学原理及应用 被引量:13

摘要 运用传热学理论,就浇注系统的内浇道与铸件连接型式的三种类型(文中主要对水平和垂直两类型)分析了两者之间的相互作用,从而揭示了液态金属充型时对铸件成形最有影响时刻的温度梯度分布,并计算了该温度梯度取得极大值时的毕渥准则,建立了相应的数学模型;给出了铸件同时凝固和顺序凝固的准则及各种合金浇注不同铸型时获得最大温度梯度的条件,用来指导顺序凝固及同时凝固的工艺规程设计。本文还以本例分析验证了所建立教学模型的应用效果。 According to three differentkinds ofjunctlonmodefor ingate and castings In gating system,interaction between themselves has been analyzed by employing heat transfer theory,the distributlon of temperature gradients of liquid melt at the tlmeofmould filling which markedly Influences the forming castings was revealed,the Blot number on reaching maximum temPerature gradients was also calculated,thereby establishing ocrrespondin mathematical model and the criterions of the derectional and simultaneous So lidlflcatlon and the factors obtaining maximum temperature gradients for various alloy and mould were given,which were used to design technological speclflcatlon of castings with above-mentioned solldlflcatlon mode.The effects of nilizing the mathematical model proposed were discussed In a example in this paper.
