猴前牙尖周病模型的X线片和组织病理学对比观察 被引量:6

摘要 本文报告猴前牙根管开放术后X线片和组织病理学对比观察结果。将2只猴的前牙行根管开放,术后26和60天致死,照X线片后制作切片,光镜观察。结果表明,X线片上显示尖周病变,组织病理学检查也见尖周病变;X线片上未显示尖周病变组织病理学检查发现根管开放术后36天有54.54%、术后60天有85.71%的牙形成了尖周炎症,其形成率和炎症程度,都有随时间延长而不断升高和加重的趋势。
