摘要
提出了一个泥饼形成的新模式。该模式指出:泥饼形成的速率与泥浆中颗粒的分布、泥浆的流变性和剪切速率有直接的关系。大颗拉和小颗粒可以同时沉积到泥饼的底部,而只有小颗粒才能沉积到泥饼的上部,这样形成的泥饼具有非均质性。当泥浆中最小颗粒沉积到泥饼上后,泥饼的厚度即会达到动态平衡,从而使滤失速率也达到动态平衡。
A new model describing the cake build-up in dynamic filtration is given . The hypothesis for this model are : the build - up rate of mud cake depends on the solid particle size distribution and rheological property of drilling fluid , larger and smaller particles can deposit on the bot'tom of filter cake , only smaller particles can deposit in the upper section of filter cake . It is proposed that a dynamic filtration equilibrium can be reached while the smallest particle deposit on mud cake . If the particle concentration , rheological parameters , shear rate and size of the smallest particle for a given mud is known , the equilibrium filtration rate would be calculated .
