摘要
本文分析了中国野生大豆资源5279份百粒重、种皮色、泥膜、脐色等籽粒性状的多样性及其地理分布。发现:(1)81.1%材料的百粒重≤2.5g。(2)百粒重的大小与种皮色、泥膜、脐色有密切联系。(3)籽粒性状的变异中心主要分布在黄河流域和东北地区的东南部。根据中国野生大豆籽粒性状的综合表现,讨论了:(1)根据百粒重,野生大豆分型如下:百粒重≤2.5g为“野生型”,2.51-5g为“半野生Ⅰ型”,> 5g为“半野生Ⅱ型”。(2)根据野生大豆籽粒性状的变异中心,提出大豆起源于我国北方。除了黄河流域以外,东北的东南部很可能是另一起源地。
Based on the variational analysis and its geographical distribution of seed characters for 5279 wild soybean samples in China, it was found that: 1. 81.1% of the total samples of the 100 seed weight was <2.5g. 2. The seed characters, including seed coat color, bloom and the hilum color were all closely related to the 100 seed weight. 3. The variation centers of seed characters of wild soybean in China were located in the Yellow River Vally and southeastern part of - Northeast of China. 4. It was proposed that (1) the wild soybean (G, soja) may be classified into 3 types: typical wild type: 100 seed weight <2.5 g. semiwild type I: 100 seed weight 2.51-5.0 g. and semiwild type II: 100 seed weight > 5.0 g. (2) The original area of soybean located in North China, Yellow River Vally and the Northeast of China may be the two original areas.
