摘要 对Ti-6Al-4V合金在18℃,100℃,250℃下的微动磨损特性及防护工艺进行了研究.结果表明:该合金微动磨损的主要磨损形式是疲劳脱层,其磨损量随温度升高而下降,高温微动磨损量与磨损区表面所形成的氧化层的性质及厚度有关.对合金采用离子镀、离子注入、离子氮化等表面强化措施对改善合金的抗微动磨损性能有较好的结果,可使磨损量减少38.8%~80.0%. The characteristics of fretting wear and protective processes of TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) alloy at 18℃, 100℃, 250℃ have beed sttidied. the results show that the main form of fretting wear is fatigue delamination. Wear capacity decreases as temperature increases. Fretting wearing volume at elevated temperature is related to the properties and thickness of oxides layer forming on wear surface. The surface strengthening treatments i. e. ion coating,ion implantation,ion nitrizing were used. The results show that they all have good protective effects on fretting wear characteristics. The wear volume decreases 38. 8% - 80%.
