摘要
描述了一个实用的Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境下工程数据库管理系统的设计与实现方法，重点介绍了核心支撑系统中的中心库结构和管理、动态连接库方法、图形和图像处理技术、索引管理技术，以及图文报表工具的设计和实现技术。
The engineering database Management system in Windows environment is a product tobe developed under Hi-Tech Automation project(code No.863)supported by the chinesegovernment.It is composed of a menu-driven subsystem,a hostCsubsystem,a reporterand converting tool for the database. Along with AutoCAD and image processing tools,anintegrated management system capable of defining and handling not only structred but alsonon-structured data(e.g. graph,image and text)in engineering designs has been construct-ed.The structure and management of the Central Database, the method of DDL,the tech-niques in graph and image processing as well as the design and implementation of the re-porter in the core support system are described.
