摘要
针对用智能结点表示智能制造系统中能完成一定任务的智能子系统,立足于制造行业,提出了一种易于操作的智能结点的体系结构,用面向智能结点的方法对智能加工单元进行分析与建模,并讨论了这一方法的特点。
Analysis and modeling are important work that must be done prior to thed development of an intelligent manufacturing system(IMS).An agent-oriented method is developed inwhich the intelligent subsystems of the IMS are represented as agents. Each agent has the a-bility to perform certain tasks and can be either an expert, an intelligent machine or the com-bination of the two. The architecture of the agents is presented.The method has been usedto analyze and model an intelligent machining cell as an example. The effectiveness and ad-vantages of the method are discussed and it is shown that the method is suitable for compli-cated intelligent systems.
