摘要
论述了基于子任务分解与黑板结构的工艺规程主干生成推理机制,以一个回转类零件为例,论述了颇具新意的基于加工序列规则集的工艺规程主干生成实用算法。
The generation of the mainstay of a process is a vital but difficult problem not yet satis-factorily solved for the knowledge-based CAPP system, The purpose of the generation is tobuild the skeleton of the process properly using the information of the current part and theknowledge or data in the knowledge database. With the rotational parts to be classified intofive classes,i.e,, the shaft, disk, wheel, sleeve and others, the processes for each partclass are summarized and abstracted so as to form several sets of rules of operation.A newreasoning strategy for the generation based on the idea of subtask decomposition and black-board structure has been worked out.With a rotational part as an example, a practical algo-rithm for the generation is described. This algorithm has successfully been used in HZ-RCAP,an integrated CAD/CAPP/CAM system.
